V is Voice
When working on your Social Media Strategy and content marketing strategy it is important to find your voice.
What is your voice?
What does it sound like?
Who is it speaking to and what does it have to say?
Once you have found your voice, you need to ensure consistency throughout your social media marketing strategy and if your business is using multiple social media users then they all need to be trained in the one voice of the business to avoid you sounding random, sporadic and un cohesive.
Your voice should fit in with your brand values and should be a true reflection of your business and not just any of the users of your social media accounts.
